The RAM 1500 is the light-duty full-size pickup from Ram, and capable enough to meet all of your needs. This model has the highest owner loyalty out of all half-ton pickups. For the 2017 model year, there are a total of nine trims, including special editions. This allows you to customize the vehicle to meet your specific needs. Choose from a 5.7-liter Hemi with a V8, a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6, or a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6. The standard TorqueFlite 8-speed automatic transmission controls everything, while providing efficiency and durability.

Perhaps the most important part of the RAM 1500 for most drivers is its capabilities. This pickup is available in numerous configurations. You can also configure it to get up to 395 horsepower with a gas engine or up to 420 pound-feet of torque with a diesel. The RAM 1500 is able to tow as much as 10,640 pound-feet with its gas engine and carry a payload of 1,900 pounds.
