- Comments Off on Chrysler 200: How to Lower the Convertible Top
There are two ways to lower the convertible top on your new Chrysler 200. You can lower the convertible top from the inside of your vehicle using the switch between the seats located at the font of the center console.
Of, you can lower the top remotely by pressing the button on your key fob.
Make sure to have your car in a stationary position, otherwise the top will not move. The cargo shield is found in the trunk.
Before you lower the convertible top, unfold the cargo shield and seat the tabs at each end of the cargo shield in the v-slots in the trunk liner. This is important because it closes a switch that allows the top to be operated. If the switch is [...]

- Comments Off on Chrysler 300: How to add transmission fluid
Before adding transmission fluid to your Chrysler 300, you should make sure that your engine was running when you checked the transmission fluid levels. If the level is low, you need to add fluid by using the dipstick tube.
- In the cabin of the Chrysler 300, locate the hood release lever. Pull to release the hood.
- Release the safety catch and raise the hood up
- Next, locate the transmission fluid cap. Some models do not have a transmission fluid dipstick. If that is the case, consult with your mechanic to check the transmission fluid level.
- Remove the reservoir cap to add fluid.
- Consult your owners’ manual to determine the type of transmission fluid your vehicle will need. You can generally find this information toward the back of the manual under a section called “fluid, capacities, and specifications” or something of the like.
- Remove the dipstick from the dipstick tube and place a funnel in [...]

- Comments Off on 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee: How to remove a door panel
Before anything else, make sure to gather your materials and tools. Be sure to have several screwdrivers, with various heads just in case: Philips, flathead, and Torx. Since the door is attached with snaps and clips, you will need a thin yet durable utensil for prying. Perhaps try a small putty knife or another screwdriver.
Next, you will want to remove the screws. In the door panel of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, there are three screws. Be on the lookout for a Philips head screw in the door pull tray, one that is neighboring to the side mirror, and a Torx screw that is behind the door handle.
Next, you’ll detach the panel from the door. Use your tool (like the putty knife) to pry the panel away from the door. You should hear a snapping noise which is the sound of [...]
